Early check-in was a plus.

Booked the room with my 2 children for 2 nights and had a very relaxing stay. Every member of staff was really helpful. I were given brand-new and big rooms with the balcony and an amazing view from the balcony, for instance.

The balcony had amazing mountain views. The spacious Beautiful Villa rooms provided comfort for our family, which we appreciated after long days of exploring. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, great to enjoy the views during our meals as well.

One concern was the maintenance of some amenities in our room, which could use attention for a better experience.

We loved the cozy, clean Deluxe Twin Room and spent mornings enjoying the stunning view from the balcony. The garden area was great for lounging, and we had fun at the leisure room too. Just a heads up, breakfast options were limited for western tastes, but the fruit salad and egg station were nice! 🌼

We loved our time in the Family Room with Balcony! The views were amazing and the location made exploring the area easy. Don't miss visiting Silver Waterfall. It was a highlight of our trip. The staff also treated us warmly and offered great advice.

It was a bit of a trek with all our bags, and it could be challenging for families with younger kids.
